Privacy policy

This policy covers the Vision app at app.visionffe.com and this website, visionffe.com.
1. Who is responsible
Vision (VisionFFE) is operated by Ahmed Gado, an individual based in Egypt, who is responsible for your personal data. For anything about your data, email hello@visionffe.com.
2. What we collect and why

We do not sell your data. We do not use your renders to train AI models. We do not run advertising or third-party analytics trackers.
3. Payments
Purchases are handled by our reseller, Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. You give your card or payment details to Paddle, not to us, and Paddle handles them under its own privacy policy. From Paddle we receive your email address, country, what you bought and its transaction number, so we can add the scans to your account.

We share your data with no one else unless the law requires it.
5. How long we keep it
- Your account, projects and renders: until you delete them or your account.
- How you use the app: 400 days. If you delete your account, these records are kept without your name or email for the rest of that time.
- Records of visits without an account: 90 days.
- Backups: 14 days on our server; a copy is also kept on our administrator's computer.
- Waitlist entries: until you ask us to delete them.
- Purchase records: as long as tax and accounting law requires.
6. Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct it, delete it, or stop using it. You can delete any project yourself in the app, and your whole account in Settings. For anything else, email hello@visionffe.com from your account's address; we reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.
7. Your clients' projects
Your renders may show your clients' projects. Only you can see them in the app. We look at stored files only when we need to for support or security.
8. Cookies
The app sets one cookie, vision_session, to keep you signed in. It lasts at most 24 hours and is strictly necessary, so we don't ask for consent. Your browser also keeps a local copy of your project list to load faster. We use no advertising or analytics cookies. When you buy, Paddle's checkout may set its own cookies to process the payment.
9. Security
Passwords are hashed, every connection uses HTTPS, and each project is visible only to its owner. Signing out or changing your password ends your sessions. If a breach puts your data at risk, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
10. Age
Vision is for professionals and is not meant for anyone under 18.
11. Changes
We will update this page and the date at the top. For important changes we will email account holders.
